Dr. Linda E. Fort
Dr. Fort is a board certified internist who provides high quality personal care to adults of all ages. She places a strong emphasis on Lifestyle Medicine, as many chronic diseases can be prevented, treated, or even reversed with a whole food, plant based diet.
Dr. Linda Fort received her medical degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, during which she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. During the course of her residency at the United Health Services Hospital, she was awarded the First Year Resident Award and the Senior Resident Award and was also Co-Chief Resident.
Dr. Fort became board certified in Internal Medicine in 2001, and re-certified in 2011.
She is the Medical Director of the Garabed Fattal Community Free Clinic, which provides free medical care to those without health insurance.
Dr. Fort is on faculty of USHS and is actively engaged in teaching resident physicians. In addition, she is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Upstate Medical University, serving as Site Director for the Binghamton Campus' Internal Medicine clerkship for third year medical students.
